Legal Expertise
Scott focuses his practice on commercial litigation. He also represents clients in employment litigation, products liability, and toxic tort matters. Before joining KFP, Scott worked at a national litigation firm based in Chicago. Scott has represented a diverse array of clients in litigated matters, and has counseled clients on how to implement policies to avoid litigation. Scott has broad litigation experience, including trials in state and federal courts, before administrative agencies, and before arbitration panels. Scott is an associate at KFP.
Education and Achievements
Scott graduated from Northwestern University in 1995 and received his J.D. from Chicago Kent College of Law in 1998. At Chicago Kent, Scott taught legal writing to first year law students and was a member of the Chicago Kent Moot Court Honor Society.
