Legal Expertise
David brings over 20 years of diverse legal experience in litigation, insurance coverage and claims management, which provides clients with a combination of analytical skills and a pragmatic, result focused approach. Before joining KFP, David practiced as a litigator in state and federal courts in California and Illinois. Before coming to KFP, he worked as an in-house claims attorney for a national insurer. In that role, he developed expertise in coverage analysis and monitoring and managing litigation nationwide. He has considerable experience in using mediation and ADR as a claims management tool. David is an associate at KFP.
Education and Achievements
David earned his undergraduate degree in History from Carleton College in 1981 and his J.D. from the University of Southern California in 1985. He is admitted to the bars of the state of Illinois and California (inactive).
