Louise brings to KFP 13 years of experience representing clients in complex insurance coverage matters. She has handled disputes involving large losses under general liability, professional liability and Directors and Officers liability policies. In her years of working in the insurance industry, both as an attorney in private practice as well as an in-house attorney for a major domestic liability insurer, Louise has assimilated an understanding of various insurance products. She has worked to resolve disputes through litigation, arbitration and mediation. Louise also provides coverage advice to clients and has experience drafting policy language to accommodate specific needs. Louise is an associate at KFP.
Education and Achievements
Louise graduated from the College of the Holy Cross in 1987 and the Emory School of Law in 1992. Louise is admitted in Illinois and Connecticut, the Northern District of Illinois and the Northern District of Indiana.
