Legal Expertise
David focuses his practice on tort and commercial litigation. David has a wide range of multi-jurisdictional experience, successfully representing clients in all types of civil suits in state and federal courts as well as administrative arenas, in civil rights, business tort, insurance, and commercial disputes. Prior to joining KFP as an associate, David worked for a national litigation firm where he concentrated his practice in professional and governmental liability. His practice and experience has involved every aspect of litigation and case management, including jury trial, subsequent appellate practice, and alternative dispute resolution.
Education
David received his B.S. from Purdue University in 2000, and his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2004. While in law school, David was an award winning member of the Chicago-Kent National Trial Team and has donated his time to the Chicago-Kent trial team and trial advocacy program. He is admitted to practice in Illinois and Indiana state and federal courts.
